I discovered yoga personally while looking for a workout routine, and found self-regulation and stress management, too. My yoga mat became a safe and familiar place to practice breathing, functional movement, stillness, strength, presence of mind, autonomy, and self-acceptance.
Practicing yoga concepts "off-mat" has helped with my professional development and growth as a team mate, public speaker, and leader. I stumbled upon my roadmap for work-life balance and setting healthy boundaries; I hope to share it with you!
