Consider incorporating a self-check-in before and/or after any yoga or meditation session, your next meeting, or any other activity to observe changes in your energy levels and mood.

 

Choose to make a mental note, a journal entry, a self-survey like the one below, or whatever works for you.

How would you like a meditation exercise that allows for self-guidance through a familiar theme of concepts as you consider the qualities of your breath?

 

Move through a process of familiarizing with an idea, using the breath as a tool of consideration and focus. A few affirmative "mantras" are included, too, if you like.
