Start the week with thirty minutes to yourself, but not alone, to sit quietly and settle your system with a short practice that you can return to all week. This weekly thirty-minute workshop offers an introduction to a variety of meditation techniques, for beginners and all experience levels.

3) group reflection (shared discussion, or individual notes)

Listen to a brief overview and personal perspective on a meditation technique and tips to set yourself up for ease. Practice with guidance, companionship, and accountability of others present. Reflect on the experience by sharing and/or listening to others to learn new perspectives, validate your own experience, and build community. 

The recording is yours, provided post-event to revisit as desired.
