2) guided meditation practice

3) group reflection (shared discussion, or individual notes)

Listen to a brief overview and personal perspective on a meditation technique, and tips to set yourself up for ease. Practice with guidance, companionship, and accountability with others present. Reflect on the experience by sharing and/or listening to others to learn new perspectives, validate your own experience, and build community. 

The recording is yours, provided post-event to revisit as desired.
