Take a mindful moment with thirty minutes to yourself--but not alone. Sit quietly and settle your system with a short practice that you can return to as needed. This weekly thirty-minute workshop offers an introduction to a variety of meditation techniques, for beginners and all experience levels.

Listen to a brief overview and personal perspective on a meditation technique, and tips to set yourself up for ease. Practice with guidance, companionship, and accountability with others present. Reflect on the experience by sharing and/or listening to others to learn new perspectives, validate your own experience, and build community.Â
