This weekly thirty-minute workshop offers an introduction to a variety of meditation techniques, for beginners and all experience levels.

Listen to a brief overview and personal perspective on a meditation technique, and tips to set yourself up for ease. Practice with guidance and companionship with Lerin, RYT-200, TIYT-II and others present. Reflect on the experience by sharing and/or listening to others to learn new perspectives, validate your own experience, and build community.Â
