From my mat to yours: A 75 minute virtual home yoga practice with me, Lerin. I'll share my personal movement flow, breath and meditation practice for the month. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.

About the event
If you're a remote professional like me, Lerin, or you work at a desk/computer often, let me share my monthly practice with you, virtually, at home. Join me live for 75 minutes of guided breathing, functional movement options, and meditation focused on undoing common shapes we take while working at a desk. I'll share my favorite yoga techniques that month for calming the nervous system, supporting strong and healthy posture, and creating work-life balance.
What to expect:
- Moderate activity/exertion
- Host video will be on
- Participants' video is always optional
- Event will be recorded and provided to registered participants for unlimited replay
- Only the host's video will appear in the recorded video provided post-event
- A yoga mat is recommended and I'll offer options and alternatives for all other suggested props
