About the event
"How you do anything is how you do everything." With this in mind, we'll use the structure and tools of a yoga class to move mindfully through the job search & application process. Our goal will be to practice restoring your resume with relevant information--like a breath of fresh air--for specific job posting examples. Then, repeat!
Just like every breath and yoga pose, each job application is different. Like painter Bob Ross says, "Anything you can practice, you can do." So let's practice the job application process together in this 90-min. workshop by connecting core concepts of yoga & professionalism.
As I reflect on almost 15 years of professional experience and yoga practice, I'll share with you my insights as a Marketer and more, as well as a unique perspective on Yoga in a variety of workplace environments.
