Take a mindful moment with thirty minutes to yourself--but not alone. Sit quietly and settle your system with a short practice that you can return to as needed. This weekly thirty-minute workshop offers an introduction to a variety of meditation techniques, for beginners and all experience levels.

1) Connect: greetings & overview

2) Practice: guided meditation

3) Reflect: shared discussion, or individual notes

Listen to a brief overview and personal perspective on a meditation technique, and tips to set yourself up for ease. Practice with guidance and companionship with others present. Reflect on the experience by sharing and/or listening to others to learn new perspectives, validate your own experience, and build community. 

The recording is yours, provided post-event to revisit as desired.
